Dr. Dee McCrary, Jr., M.D.
Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine since 1978. Dr. Dee McCrary is dedicated to patient advocacy. He graduated with a Masters of Science in Physics with Honors from the University of Texas in Austin and then received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.
A few of Dr. McCrary’s qualifications include President of the Hunt County Medical Society from 1993 to present, Board Certified for additional qualifications in Geriatric Medicine since 1992, and he has been a Licensed Federal Aviation Administration Medical Examiner since 1987. His special interests are Electronic Medical Records, teaching trainees in the medical field and clinical trials in various aspects of medicine. A resident of McKinney, Dr. McCrary is happily married with three children and his hobbies include running and golf.
Howard E. Kweller, M.D.
Greenville Healthcare Associates is pleased to welcome Howard E. Kweller MD to its staff. Dr. Kweller is a general practitioner and graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1978. He has practiced in Hunt county for over 30 years, and is no stranger to our area. He has served area patients since 1982, and is active in his community. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
In addition to his general medical practice, Dr. Kweller has a particular interest in skin rejuvenation and aethestics. He is certified to deliver BOTOX and Dermal Fillers (Juvederm) by Aesthetic Skin Institute.
Dr. Kweller accepts Medicare and most major insurance plans.
Dr. Suzanne Monday, M.D.
Greenville Healthcare Associates is happy to have Suzanne E. Monday, M.D. associated with our practice. She was born in Orlando, Florida and lived there until she graduated from high school. She elected to join the USAF where she met her future husband. She and her husband and two children settled in Hunt County in 1985. In 1988 she began her professional education at East Texas State University, now known as Texas A&M Commerce. She received her degree in 1993 and graduated with highest honors. She was accepted to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1993. She finished her Internship and Residency at Shreveport, Louisiana in 2000. While in Shreveport, she participated in both volunteer and compensated positions in addition to her regular assignments. At that point in her training, she focused primarily on rural or non-staffed rural medical facilities which has become her passion.
Upon completion of all requirements for her medical career in Family Practice, Dr. Monday moved back to Commerce, Texas with her husband and children. She is a board-certified Family Practice physician who has had her own clinic in Commerce, then on to Community Health Clinic Service, to her present, Mobile Physician Services. She sees patients who are not mobile enough to be treated in a clinic, but travels to their home. She also serves as the team doctor of a local Hospice service in the Greenville, Hunt County area. She will be practicing at Greenville Healthcare Associates on a part time basis and has made a presence as treating physician for this practice in the local skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Greenville. She is available for appointments on Thursday afternoons and all day Fridays at the GHCA office.
Amber S. Woodfield, PA-C
Amber S. Woodfield, a Board Certified Physicians Assistant is a graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Amber brings Greenville Healthcare a depth of experience matched by few others in her field. She has worked as a solo healthcare provider in a variety of settings, with responsibilities that included pediatrics, geriatrics, family and general medicine, gynecology and minor procedures. She has additional experience in emergency room medicine, eye injuries and DOT examinations.
A past president of the Dallas area Physician Assistants’ Association, Amber has been an active force in providing and promoting educational opportunities for Physician Assistants throughout the North Texas area. She is an avid golfer and football fan.
Chasity Neece, APRN, FNP-C
Chasity is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, is a graduate from the University of Texas Arlington. Texas born and raised, she started her career in the surgical ICU at Parkland Hospital. From there, she worked at the surgical ICU at UT Southwestern and Pre-op/PACU at North Central Surgery Center.
Chasity is passionate about her patients and places importance on individualized health care plans, prevention and education. In her spare time, she loves to travel and is an open water scuba diver.
Krystal Lowry, APRN, FNP-C
Krystal Lowry is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing degree from University of Texas Arlington. She started her nursing career over 12 years ago in skilled nursing as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She has worked in post-acute care, primary care with pediatrics, and community nursing. Over 9 years of her nursing career, she has served the people in and around Hunt County.
Krystal is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She believes in developing strong relationships to help with providing personalized care. She places importance on a healthy lifestyle, education and a patient centered approach for disease prevention. In her spare time she enjoys being active outdoors and baking.
Sadie McCrary, APRN, AGNP‐C
Sadie is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of Adult and Geriatric patients. Sadie comes from a medical family and is eager to continue that legacy. Her nursing experience lies exclusively in outpatient clinical medicine and she holds a particular interest in preventative healthcare.
A graduate of Texas Woman’s University with a Masters in Nursing Practice, she also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University‐Commerce where she graduated Cum Laude. She also is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. The perpetual student, Sadie plans to return to school in the future to pursue her Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice and perhaps obtain a Masters of Business Administration.
When she is not studying something new, Sadie enjoys watching movies (spouting movie trivia!) and running. She completed her first marathon at age 40, competing in the 49th BMW Dallas Marathon Festival and plans to complete many more before she hangs up her shoes.
